Sessions, Skills, and Package Information

  • Individual Sessions

    Go one-on-one with our mental performance consultant. In these sessions you will have the opportunity to begin learning, developing, and implementing skills that fit your unique needs. Together, the consultant and yourself will create an action plan that fits your timeline and your goals!

    Sessions 1 - 6 Blueprint:

    Sessions 1 & 2 = background of Client’s sport history & current standings (Obstacles, Adversities, and Goals)

    Sessions 3 & 4 = introduction to skill building – presentation & sport discussion

    Sessions 5 & 6 = Skills development/adjustments and discussion on early implementation into area of interest.

  • Team/Group Sessions

    Our mental performance consultant will come to you, either on site or online, to work together with your coaches and athletes. In these team sessions, you will learn specified mental team skills such as Leadership, Team Cohesion, and Communication through presentations and activities.

    Our goal is to help build chemistry and awareness within your teams or small group, thus each session we have together will build off the previous skills and activities. Learn and grow together to create one unified team!

  • Mental Chalk Talks

    Ideal for an individual or group who wants to learn the benefits of mental performance, our mental performance consultant will direct an informational session, either on site or online, to provide opportunities to learn about the field of sport psychology during these 30 - 75 minute sessions.

    The topic will vary on each group per session and can be designed to incorporate in the moment team work to learn through field related case studies - sport, business, education, music, etc. Let us help you begin your journey toward mental growth and resilience today!
